Local dev accounts: admin@urchance.local, consultant@urchance.local, staff@urchance.local. Use the local dev password from seed setup or `AUTH_LOCAL_DEV_PASSWORD`.
Hosted staging should use the real staff email account and a seeded password hash. External identity provider integration remains a later phase.
